Partech leads $20m series-B for Shedul
Partech Ventures has led a $20m series-B funding round for Shedul, a UK-headquartered booking software developer, in a deal valuing the business at $105m.
Target Global, BECO Capital and FJ Labs also took part in the round, alongside Delivery Hero founder and CEO Niklas Östberg.
Shedul has recently launched the Fresha.com consumer platform, a marketplace that connects merchants using its free enterprise software with consumers looking to book appointments. The business then takes commission from bookings made through the online platform.
The latest funding round will enable the company to pursue product development and invest in marketing activity for its Fresha.com brand. The deal brings the total amount raised by the company to $32m, according to a statement.
