VC firms invest $7m in Medbelle
Signals Venture Capital has led a $7m funding round for UK-based medical procedure booking application Medbelle.
Talis Capital, Mutschler Ventures, IBB Beteiligungsgesellschaft and Cavalry Ventures also took part in the financing.
Medbelle is currently only working with privately paying patients but plans to launch a partnership with the NHS in the future.
With the fresh capital, it plans to expand its network of hospitals and specialists as well as rolling out the platform internationally.

Medbelle was founded in 2016 and is headquartered in London. It has created an application for patients to book medical procedures, which is also used by providers to manage the bookings. It has booked and managed procedures for 30,000 patients in the UK and has an additional office in Berlin.
