
Aquiline-backed Clearcourse buys NetXtra
Aquiline Capital Partners portfolio company Clearcourse Partnership has bolted on UK-based NetXtra, a provider of integrated digital services.
ClearCourse is a group of technology companies providing software, services and digital capabilities to the membership, events & bookings and sports & leisure sectors.
Since its foundation in October 2018 with Aquiline's backing, ClearCourse has acquired five other UK-based software and service providers: MillerTech, Silverbear, Clear Direct Debit, APT Solutions, Circdata and NetXtra.

NetXtra is a provider of integrated digital services to the membership, charity, not-for-profit and e-commerce sectors. Its clients include the National Union of Rail, Maritime and Transport Workers (RMT), the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (RCVS) and Coeliac UK.
Since its acquisition of Marketing Interactive in 2016, NetXtra has also delivered integrated e-commerce services for businesses across the UK.
Founded in 1995 and headquartered in Bury St Edmunds, the company employs 25 people.
