Bowmark-backed Instant bolts on Incendium
Bowmark Capital portfolio company The Instant Group has acquired UK-headquartered corporate real estate consultancy Incendium Consulting.
The deal comes 11 months after Bowmark bought Instant from MML Capital Partners and the business's management, in a deal that saw the vendor and management team reinvest in the new holding company.
According to a statement, Instant has grown at a compound annual growth rate of 30% in the last four years, driven in part by international expansion. Incendium will join the consolidated group's London team after the deal, which brings Instant's total headcount to 290 across 13 cities.
Company
Founded in 2015, London-headquartered Incendium provides real estate consultancy related to procurement and change management. The business has a headcount of 17.
