
Mobeus invests £5m in Arkk
UK-based investor Mobeus has invested £5m in regulatory reporting software company Arkk.
Mobeus typically invests £2-15m in UK-based businesses. The investment comes from all four current Mobeus VCT funds, which usually invest together. The funds include Mobeus Income & Growth VCT, Mobeus Income & Growth 2 VCT, Mobeus Income & Growth 4 VCT and The Income & Growth VCT.
The capital will be invested in sales, marketing and new product development for the UK tax and regulatory reporting market.
Mobeus partner Bob Henry has now joined the board of Arkk.

Arkk is a UK-based software-as-a-service provider that digitises regulatory reporting. Founded in 2009, the company claims to have more than 800 clients and employs 50 people. The company operates offices in London, Belfast, Dublin and New York.
