Aquiline-backed ClearCourse buys Instagiv
Aquiline Capital Partners portfolio company ClearCourse Partnership has bolted on digital charity fundraising platform Instagiv.
ClearCourse is a group of technology companies providing software, services and digital capabilities to the membership, events, sports and leisure sectors.
Since its foundation in October 2018 with Aquiline's backing, ClearCourse has acquired seven other UK-based software and service providers: MillerTech, Silverbear, Clear Direct Debit, APT Solutions, Circdata, NetXtra and Crafty Clicks.
Company
Instagiv was founded in 2010 and is headquartered in Portstewart, Northern Ireland. It develops software for the processing of charitable donations via SMS or telephone. Its clients include 300 UK-registered charities such as Macmillan Cancer Support, Tearfund and Amnesty International.
