YFM invests $4.5m in Elucidat
YFM Equity Partners has invested $4.5m in UK-headquartered education-focused authoring platform Elucidat.
The fresh capital will enable the company to invest in product development and expand its team. The business will also look to increase its international sales.
According to publicly available documents, the business recently appointed Stuart Dawson – chairperson at Hutchison Networks, Growth Intelligence and RotaGeek – as its chairperson.

Founded in 2013 and headquartered in Brighton, Elucidat is an authoring platform that enables businesses and organisations to create and manage online training portals. Its customers include Fujitsu, Oxfam, Tesco, Tui and the Open University.
