SEP invests €25m in Immedis
Scottish Equity Partners (SEP) has invested тЌ25m for a minority stake in Irish payroll software developer Immedis.
The business will look to increase its headcount by around 200 people over the course of the next 18 months. It also intends to expand internationally across the US, EMEA and Asia Pacific regions and invest in product development.
SEP is currently investing from its £260m fifth fund, which closed in 2016 and was around 30% deployed as of March 2018, according to Unquote Data.

Founded in 2016 as a division of The Taxback Group, Dublin-headquartered Immedis develops cloud-based payroll and tax software. Its iConnect platform is designed for the management of international accounts, where workforces are paid across a number of different tax regimes. Immedis has a headcount of 175.
