
Aquiline-backed ClearCourse buys Intelligentgolf
Aquiline Capital Partners-backed ClearCourse Partnership has acquired golf club software business Intelligentgolf.
ClearCourse is a group of technology companies providing software, services and digital capabilities to the membership, events, sports and leisure sectors.
It is the company's first acquisition in the sports and leisure industry.
Since its foundation in October 2018 with Aquiline's backing, ClearCourse has acquired nine other UK-based software and service providers: MillerTech, Silverbear, Clear Direct Debit, APT Solutions, Circdata, NetXtra, Crafty Clicks, Instagiv and Decisions.

Intelligentgolf was founded in 2000 and is headquartered in London. It makes software for golf clubs that helps them manage bookings, website development, membership administration and other functions. It has 500 customers and 80,000 daily unique logins.
