Aquiline's ClearCourse acquires Trillium
Aquiline Capital Partners portfolio company ClearCourse Partnership has acquired UK-based IT project management and consultancy business Trillium.
The transaction is the 11th acquisition made by London-headquartered ClearCourse since Aquiline founded the group in October 2018. The buy-and-build platform was launched in order to consolidate the market for the provision of software and related services to the membership, events, sport and leisure sectors.
Aquiline typically invests $20-200m across the lifetime of a company.
Earlier this month, ClearCourse bolted on IntelligentGolf, a provider of golf club and competition management software, and Decisions, a provider of customer relationship management (CRM) software for membership associations.
The latest acquisition will enable Trillium and ClearCourse's existing brands to cross-sell related products and services, according to a statement.
Company
Founded in 2010, London-headquartered Trillium is an IT project management and consultancy business focusing on digital transformation and CRM software. Its clients include the Law Society, the Association of Optometrists, and the Royal College of Physicians.
