
Livingbridge backs Simply Conveyancing Property Lawyers
Private equity firm Livingbridge has invested in UK-based conveyancing services provider Simply Conveyancing Property Lawyers.
The GP deployed capital from its Livingbridge Enterprise 2 fund, which held a final close in 2015 on £220m. The fund typically deploys equity tickets in the £5-15m range in growth and buyout deals worth between £5-100m for UK-based businesses that generate profits in excess of £1m.
Livingbridge has a core focus on companies operating in the business services, financial services, consumer, healthcare, education, technology, media, telecommunications, energy and environmental sectors.
