
LDC's Fishawack bolts on 2E Creative
LDC portfolio company and healthcare-focused marketing and communications business Fishawack has acquired US-based competitor 2E Creative.
The transaction is the fifth bolt-on for Fishawack under the GP's tenure, following the acquisitions of Blue Latitude, Healthcircle Advertising, Dudnyk and Carling Communications.
LDC backed the £38m management buyout of the business in 2017 and committed to provide follow-on capital to support an international build-up strategy for the firm. The latest deal brings the group's total headcount to 750.
