Granite Creek injects $15m into Morrow Sodali
US-based GP Granite Creek Capital Partners has made a $15m growth capital investment in Morrow Sodali, a UK- and US-headquartered corporate advisory business.

It has also made a number of senior appointments since the start of June, hiring a managing director for corporate governance, a special counsel for corporate governance, and recruiting a president and a senior managing director at subsidiary Di Costa Partners.
Granite Creek managing partner Mark Radzik will take a seat on the Morrow Sodali board of directors as part of the deal.
