US-based GP Granite Creek Capital Partners has made a $15m growth capital investment in Morrow Sodali, a UK- and US-headquartered corporate advisory business.

Granite Creek managing partner Mark Radzik will take a seat on the Morrow Sodali board of directors as part of the deal.
