Felix et al. in £7m seed round for Residently
Felix Capital has taken part in a ТЃ7m seed round for property management platform Residently.
Other investors include LocalGlobe and A/O Proptech, along with previous angel investors.
Felix is currently investing from its second-generation fund, which held its final close in 2017 on $150m. The fund will focus on writing equity cheques of $2-5m. LocalGlobe is investing from its LocalGlobe VIII vehicle, which held its final close on £75m in 2017.
The fresh capital will be used to grow the engineering and product teams, and the company's rental portfolio in London and New York . It will also finance the addition of extra services to the company's Living platform.
Previous funding
Residently received £2.5m in funding from undisclosed investors in July 2018.

Headquartered in London, Residently has a portfolio of rented properties in London and New York, but also offers services through its Living platform, including cleaning and ironing, storage, contents insurance and furniture rental. The company allows tenants to search for properties, arrange viewing, take virtual tours, fill in forms, submit references and pay deposits via a mobile app. Founded in 2017, Residently employs around 40 people, according to LinkedIn.
