
Livingbridge invests £15m in Nationwide Hire
Livingbridge has invested £15m in equipment rental and hire services provider Nationwide Hire.
The firm has drawn equity for the investment from its Enterprise 2 fund, which closed on £220m in 2015. The GP typically invests in deals worth between £5-200m for businesses that generate profits in excess of £1m.
The capital will be used to develop an online customer acquisition engine and a new technology platform.
Nationwide Hire generates revenues in excess of £16m annually.
Senior debt and working capital facilities were provided by Clydesdale & Yorkshire Bank.
