
Vitruvian-backed CFC bolts on Solis Security
Vitruvian Partners portfolio company CFC Underwriting has acquired incident response provider Solis Security.
In 2017, Vitruvian acquired a 40% stake in insurance provider CFC in a deal valuing the company at £230m, according to press reports. It is a Vitruvian Investment Partnership II portfolio company.
The company has been a supplier to CFC for a number of years and will expand the insurance provider’s in-house cyber claims and incident response team.
