
Alcuin takes minority stake in Gravitas
Alcuin Capital Partners has taken a minority stake in recruitment services company Gravitas Recruitment.
Alcuin is currently investing from its Fourth Alcuin Fund, which closed on £150m in 2015. The fund looks to invest between £2m-£15m in UK-based companies with enterprise values between £5m-£30m.
The company’s management team will stay on with the company and will retain a stake in it. Gravitas will look to expand organically and through acquisitions following the investment.

Founded in 2010 and headquartered in London, Gravitas employs 200 people. The company offers staffing services to the technology, insurance and banking markets, operating from offices in Hong Kong, Leeds, London, Manchester and Singapore.
