
Livingbridge-backed Broadstone acquires BBS
Livingbridge has supported its portfolio company Broadstone in the acquisition of workplace pension services company BBS Consultants & Actuaries.
This marks Broadstone's fourth and largest acquisition in 2019 following the purchase of CS Financial Solutions, Thomson Dickson Consulting and 3HR Benefits Consultancy.
In 2010, Oakley Capital acquired 88.4% of the company, then known as BDO Investment Management, in a deal that valued it at £14m. Livingbridge acquired Broadstone in 2015 from Oakley.
Broadstone reported revenues of £9.5m and EBITDA of £663,000 for 2018.
