
Ropes & Gray promotes Todd to private equity partner

Global legal advisory firm Ropes & Gray has announced the promotion of associate Elizabeth Todd to partner in the company's private equity transactions practice in London.
Todd joined the private equity transactions group of Ropes & Gray's London office in November 2012. She was previously with the London office of a major international law firm.
Meanwhile, the firm has promoted 16 attorneys to partners of the firm, and eight attorneys to counsel in New York, Boston, Chicago and London.
In their new roles, the partners and counsel will advise on asset management, private equity, investment banking, life sciences, healthcare and technology.
With offices in New York, Boston, Washington DC, Chicago, San Francisco, Silicon Valley, London, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Tokyo and Seoul, Ropes & Gray is a global law firm with approximately 1,400 lawyers and legal professionals. The largest geographical concentration of new partners is in New York, where the firm has more than 400 lawyers.
