
Inflexion-backed Huws Gray acquires JE Fuller
Inflexion Private Equity portfolio company Huws Gray Ridgeons has acquired builders merchant JE Fuller.
The company's current director, Peter Fuller, is leaving the business.
Inflexion acquired a minority stake in Huws Gray in April 2018 using its Inflexion Partnership Capital Fund I. The firm backed the merger with Ridgeons in October 2018 to double the builders merchant's number of locations.
Huws Gray has invested in JE Fuller since it took over operations on 1 October 2019 and intends to refurbish the branch to allow for more stock and improve the branch layout for customers.
