
YFM, Comhar invest £4.5m in PanIntelligence
YFM Equity Partners and Comhar Capital have invested £4.5m in a series-A funding round for data visualisation, reporting and analytics software development company PanIntelligence.
YFM is investing £3.5m for a minority stake, alongside an additional investment of £1m from Comhar Capital.
YFM investment director Mike Clarke and Comhar founder Craig Wilkinson will join the company's board.
The company plans to use the investment to expand the development team and continue to grow its footprint. It announced expansion into the US this year following the close of it first US-based contract.
