
VCs in £10m round for Uncapped
Global Founders Capital and White Star Capital have invested in a £10m funding round for working capital provider Uncapped.
White Star is currently investing from White Star Capital II, which closed on $180m in June 2018. Germany-based venture investor Global Founders Capital is a division of Rocket Internet.
Accelerator Seedcamp also invested in the round, as well as several angel investors, including Passion Capital partner Robert Dighero, GoCardless chief operating officer Carlos Gonzalez-Cadenas, and founders of Butternut Box, David Nolan and Kevin Glynn.
Co-founder Asher Ismail previously acted as the CEO for driving education app Midrive, and Piotr Pisarz previously worked as an investment manager at DN Capital.

Founded in 2019, Uncapped aims to provide growth finance without credit checks, personal guarantees, warrants, equity or interest. Headquartered in London with offices in Warsaw, the company offers working capital of £10,000-1m at a flat fee of 6%, based on revenue. The company employs nine people, according to LinkedIn.
