LDC invests in Global Autocare
LDC has invested in corporate mobility and fleet management provider Global Autocare for a minority stake.
The investment will go towards accelerating the company's growth in the UK.
LDC is backing the existing management team, which will continue to be led by founder and managing director Geoff Bloore, finance director David Sadler, commercial director Stephen Chater, fleet director Joe Bloore and company secretary Joanne Duncan.
NatWest will continue to support the business as its incumbent senior lender.
Company
Global Autocare provides automobile fleets to businesses across the UK. Its services include daily rental, contract hire, fleet management, maintenance, movements and storage. Founded in 1997, the company is based in Leeds. For the year ending in February 2019, it reported operating profit of £6m from turnover of £31m.
