
KCP invest £5m in Commhoist
Key Capital Partners (KCP) has invested £5m for a minority stake in telecoms logistics provider Commhoist Logistics.
KCP makes equity investments of £3-15m. The firm drew equity from its most recent fund, Key Capital Partners 8, which closed on £65m in 2016.
Current shareholders CEO Bob Kerslake and operations director Dave Carsley will remain with Commhoist. Wayne Brierly will join as commercial director, while KCP managing partner James Hall will join the board.

Commhoist is a specialist mobile telecoms logistics provider based in Warrington and founded in 1996. It employs 70 staff and generated operating profit of £584,818 from revenues of £7.6m for the year ending on 31 May 2019.
