
BGF invests £11m in And Digital
BGF has invested £11m in digital consultancy And Digital.
The firm is a minority, non-controlling equity partner with an evergreen pool of capital that invests in the UK and Ireland. It has made a number of recent investments in the technology sector, including Collision Management Systems and Waracle.
BGF investor Alex Snodgrass will take a seat on the board of the company.
The funding will go towards opening new offices in the UK and internationally, in addition to growing certain areas of the business.

Established in 2014, And Digital employs 600 people and generates an annual turnover of £42m. It reported revenue of £27.7m in 2018 and £17.8m in 2017, with an operating loss of £150,796 for 2018 and an operating loss of £342,990 for 2017.
The company counts British Airways, Gousto, NBrown Group and IAG Cargo among its customers. It aims to assist companies in building digital products and growing their internal digital capability. And Digital is headquartered in London and operates offices in Leeds, Manchester and Halifax.
