
KKR invests up to $500m in Kilter
KKR has invested up to $500m in equity finance in Kilter Finance.
The firm is currently investing from its KKR European Fund V, which closed on $5.8bn in November 2019.
Kilter Finance makes investments from its own balance sheet and is funded by its management team as well as the commitment from KKR.
The company intends to use the proceeds to make investments into a pipeline of investment opportunities, predominantly in the life, annuity and health insurance sectors.
