
BGF invests £10m in Decora
BGF has made a £10m investment in window blinds maker Decora.
The fresh capital will be put towards expansion into European markets, potential acquisitions and product development. The company has identified a number of acquisition targets, according to a statement.
The company has also hired John Davison as a new chairman.
Decora recently completed the acquisition of Domus Lumina, a Lithuanian-headquartered manufacturing partner.

Based in Lisburn, Ireland, and founded in 1980, Decora manufactures window coverings and blinds. For 2018, the company reported £72.7m in revenues.
