
Inflexion-backed ONP invests £1.5m in Lavatech
Inflexion Private Equity portfolio company O'Neill Patient has invested £1.5m in Lavatech, the developer of legal app InCase.
The firm has taken a minority stake in the company.
The investment will be used to scale the platform and expand its capabilities.
The GP invested in the law firm in July 2019 from its Inflexion Buyout Fund V, which closed on £1.25bn in May 2018.

Lavatech is the developer of InCase and is based in Manchester. Launched in 2013, the app enables users to send secure documents and pictures, obtain electronic signatures and keep clients informed of the progress in cases. The platform also offers an instant message facility and facial recognition security.
