GCP takes minority in CubeLogic
Growth Capital Partners has taken a minority stake in enterprise risk management service CubeLogic.
The firm is currently investing from Growth Capital Partners Fund IV, which closed on £205m in July 2017. The fund was 75% deployed in September 2019. GCP's investment size ranges from £5m to £40m.
The investment will go towards hiring a number of key executives.
Previous funding
OpenLink acquired the CubeLogic in August 2012. CubeLogic's management team completed a buy-back from OpenLink in 2016.
