
Palamon-backed Simplify acquires Cook Taylor
Palamon Capital Partners portfolio company Simplify has acquired Cook Taylor Woodhouse Solicitors.
The acquisition was made to strengthen Simplify's presence in London and the south-east of England, as well as growing its product range.
Palamon supported QualitySolicitors' purchase of Simplify in July 2014. The investment is the first to be made from Palamon's Auxiliary Partnership 2013 fund, which closed in September 2013.
