
Newlands, Hermes GPE invest in Capsule
Newlands Capital has completed a minority investment in customer relationship management (CRM) platform Capsule, with support from Hermes GPE.
The total investment is in excess of £2m.
Newlands focuses on making investments of up to £20m in businesses making profits of £1-5m.
Hermes GPE is currently invested from Private Equity Co-investment IV, which closed on $603.5m in November 2019.
Following several recent product launches, the company expects to launch a Microsoft 365 integration in early 2021, and has a pipeline of new products in development to follow.

Capsule was launched in 2009 to provide a CRM platform. Manchester-based Capsule generates 60% of its sales outside the UK, including 20% in the US.
