
Cadman's Backs Enterprises acquires Norpol, Burbridge
Cadman Capital portfolio company Backs Enterprises has acquired packaging businesses Norpol Packaging and Burbridge Packaging.
The ultimate owner of the companies was David Parker, the previous director who has now stepped down from operations.
Backs Enterprises is actively seeking further opportunities in the UK industrial sector. While the acquisition was executed by Backs, Cadman investment director Stephen Bayliss has been named a director in both Norpol and Burbridge.
This is the firm's third investment in 2020.

The Louth-based companies are specialist operators in the printing and packaging sector, supporting fast-moving consumer goods brands across the UK and Europe.
Founded in 1993, Norpol employs 17 people. Burbridge, in its current structure, was incorporated in 2009 and employs 22 people.
