
Global Founders, Picus invest in £12m round in Selina
Global Founders Capital and Picus Capital have invested in a £12m funding round for business financing firm Selina Finance.
The funding includes £12m in equity and £30m in debt. The company expects to raise a substantial amount of debt in the next few months to cover its business expansion.
Global Founders closed its most recent fund on €150m in March 2013, according to Unquote Data.
Picus was founded in 2015 and has made more than 50 investments in companies such as Personio and Digital Genius.

London-based Selina was founded in 2019. The company aims to provide affordable and flexible financing to business owners.
