
Foresight-backed Envair acquires TCS for £2m
Foresight portfolio company Envair Technology has acquired Total Containment Solutions (TCS) in a deal worth £2m.
The firm is currently investing from its Foresight Regional Investment fund, which closed on £58m in December 2016.
The funding takes the total investment in Envair Technology to £8m.
TCS managing director Dave McCabe will stay on with the combined company.
Onfab acquired Envair in July 2019. Foresight Group invested an additional £4m in Onfab to support the acquisition of Envair.
