
Partners Group-backed Civica acquires InfoFlex
Partners Group portfolio company Civica has acquired healthcare software developer InfoFlex.
The acquisition is an investment by Civica for its health division and builds on recent health cloud software acquisitions including Warwick International and Trac Systems, along with launching newly built products Cito and Civica Prescribing.
The acquisition is expected to strengthen Civica's product capabilities.
Omers Private Equity sold Civica to Partners Group for an enterprise value of £1.055bn, generating a 2.6x return in July 2017.

Founded in 2006 and based in Ipswich, InfoFlex provides a cloud-enabled application. A signatory to TechUK's Health & Social Care Interoperability Charter, its software integrates with existing hospital systems across 65 clinical specialities, including cancer services, digital remote monitoring, inflammatory bowel disease and endoscopy.
