Augentum Fintech has invested in a £35m series-C funding round for mortgage broker Habito.
Augmentum Fintech, SBI Group and Mojo Capital led the round, with participation from various existing investors including Ribbit Capital, Atomico and Mosaic Ventures.
Entrepreneur Yuri Milner's investment vehicle, Gemini, led a £25m equity raise for the company in February 2020, according to Unquote sister publication Mergermarket.
Augmentum is currently investing from its Augmentum Fintech fund, which closed in March 2018 on £94m.
The round comprises an equity raise and an extension to the funding round in the form of a convertible loan note. The convertible loan note was matched by the Future Fund.
The financing will go towards extending Habito's product area in the home financing and buying sector.
