LDC's Onecom bolts on Glamorgan Telecom Group

The acquisition intends to increase Onecom's presence in Wales and the south-west of England, and to provide cross-selling opportunities, according to a statement.

The bolt-on marks the first acquisition since LDC took part in a £100m funding round for Onecom in July 2019, investing alongside credit provider Ares. Onecom intends to continue making add-on acquisitions following the investment.

It covers Wales and the south-west of England, and its client base includes companies in the education, hospitality and healthcare sectors.
