
LDC's Onecom bolts on Glamorgan Telecom Group
LDC-backed telecommunications provider Onecom has acquired a majority stake in Glamorgan Telecom Group.
The acquisition intends to increase Onecom's presence in Wales and the south-west of England, and to provide cross-selling opportunities, according to a statement.
The bolt-on marks the first acquisition since LDC took part in a £100m funding round for Onecom in July 2019, investing alongside credit provider Ares. Onecom intends to continue making add-on acquisitions following the investment.
