DIF invests £25m in 4th Utility
DIF Capital Partners has invested ТЃ25m in broadband provider 4th Utility.
The Dutch GP invests from a series of infrastructure funds, the most recent of which is DIF Infrastructure VI, a 2020 vintage fund with one investment to date. The firm has more than €7.5bn in assets under management.
The fresh capital will go towards installing fibre broadband.
Company
Manchester-based 4th Utility is a broadband provider founded in 2013. Property developers The McGoff Group, Crest Nicholson, David Wilson Homes and Fortis Group are among those to have agreed broadband partnerships with 4th Utility. It employs eight people, according to LinkedIn.
