
LDC-backed Babble acquires CMT
LDC portfolio company Babble has acquired Corporate Management Telecom, a provider of telephony and cloud-based services.
Since LDC's holding period, the company has acquired Arden Group, Direct Response Plus, Diva Telecom and Lake Technologies through funding provided by LDC. The company, which will continue to pursue a buy-and-build strategy, has a £100m revenue target.
This deal was funded by LDC.
The acquisition is expected to bolster Babble's offering across the UK.
LDC invested in cloud service Babble in 2017.
