Limerston-backed CHA acquires Trinity Homecare
Limerston Capital Partners portfolio company Consolidated Healthcare Agencies (CHA) has agreed to acquire home care provider Trinity Homecare Group.
The firm has supported the transaction in a deal that values that company at less than £50m, according to a source close to the situation.
Trinity Homecare's existing management team will stay on following the transaction.
In March 2020, Limerston acquired introductory care agencies Patricia Whites and Country Cousins for an enterprise value of £14m from Saga. These two companies now make up Consolidated Healthcare Agencies.
Limerston is currently investing from its debut fund, which closed on £200m in August 2017.
