
BGF invests £6.8m in Appnovation
BGF has invested £6.8m in digital consultancy Appnovation.
The Canadian Business Growth Fund (CBGF) and new investor Export Development Canada (EDC) also participated.
The investment will go towards the company's international expansion.
Previous funding
Both CBGF and BGF made initial investments in Appnovation in July 2019 totalling £8.8m.
Company
Appnovation offers digital strategy, user experience design, development and engineering, corporate agility and readiness, data analytics, and other managed services. Based in London, it currently employs 70 people and was founded in 2012. The company reported revenues of £18m and an operating loss of £2.187m in the year ending on 31 August 2019.
