YFM invests in Force24
YFM Equity Partners has invested in marketing automation platform Force24.
With YFM's support, the company intends to strengthen its sales and marketing operations, invest in innovation, and continue to develop its platform. Force24 also plans to further expand and double the size of its team over the next 18 months.
YFM invests in businesses with high-growth potential based across the UK, providing equity tickets of up to £10m to support their development and expansion.
Among its portfolio companies are several software and tech businesses, including data transformation software company Matillion in Manchester; data specialist Springboard in Milton Keynes; and global e-learning platform Elucidat, based in Brighton.
Grant Thornton acted as lead financial adviser on the fundraising.

Headquartered in Leeds, Force24 is a cloud-based marketing automation platform that allows an in-house marketing manager to deliver personalised campaigns with customer relationship management integration.
The company's client base includes UK and international brands, such as Michelin, Tarmac and BBC Children in Need.
Force24 employs 54 staff and expects to reach revenues of £3.5m in 2020.
