
Rockpool invests in Xiatech
Rockpool Investments has provided growth capital to Xiatech, a system integration and data analytics software provider.
The investment marks Rockpool’s fifth deal completion of the year. The firm provides equity and mezzanine loans of £3-12m.
The fresh capital will go toward Xiatech’s new platform, Single Data View. Xiatech also intends to increase its expansion efforts in the UK, Europe and the US, particularly within strategic industries such as retail, travel, hospitality, betting and gaming, and financial services.
Martin Moran joined Xiatech’s board at completion of the deal as chairman, with David Chislett joining as CFO.
