
K1 provides growth equity investment to XTM
K1 Investment has provided a growth equity investment for XTM International, a provider of translation management software.
The existing management team will retain a significant equity interest in the company and continue to lead the business.
K1 has been actively investing for some time. It acquired Reveal from majority owner Gallant Capital Partners and then provided the financial backing for Reveal to merge with Brainspace in January 2021, Unquote sister publication Mergermarket reported. K1 invested about $250m for the deal and will continue to invest further.
This marks the first institutional investment in the company since its foundation.
