RJD's Survey Solutions acquires Survey Systems, Kempston

The firm supported the investments with fresh equity, which is currently being deployed from the firm's third-generation fund, which closed on £50.5m in April 2015.

Survey Solutions made the acquisitions to augment its geographical coverage and service offering, according to a statement.

RJD invested in the management buyout of Survey Solutions in June 2019, backing a strategy for the business to grow its position through organic and acquisition-led growth.

Survey Systems is based in Manchester and employs 40 people. It was founded in 1981.

Kemspton Surveys is based in Bedfordshire and was founded in 2007. It employs eight people.
