Encore leads £2m investment in The Detox Kitchen
Small-cap GP Encore Capital has invested ТЃ2m in London-based health foods company The Detox Kitchen.
Encore's investment is expected to drive the company's growth, expanding its presence both in and outside of London.
With the investment, the GP is hoping to tap into what it calls a rapidly expanding market for healthy eating in the UK.

Founded by Lily Simpson, The Detox Kitchen offers food aimed at the market for healthy eating.
The company's products are free from wheat, dairy and refined sugar. The Detox Kitchen operates two delis in London, a meal delivery service and a range of ready-to-eat products.
