Gresham's ICR Integrity bolts on MOSS
Gresham-backed oil and gas services provider ICR Integrity has acquired UK-based mechanical services provider MOSS.
The deal was supported with further funding from Gresham Private Equity and debt provider HSBC. It marks the second acquisition for ICR Integrity, which was bought from Maven Capital Partners in a July 2011 SBO. NECE, which ICR acquired in October 2011, has previously worked with MOSS on joint offshore projects.

MOSS Mechanical On Site Services, founded in 1999, provides mechanical engineering services to the defence, utilities, power, and oil and gas industries. Based in Kendal and with further operations in Aberdeen, the company employs 60 staff and generates a £5.5m turnover.

Partner Iain Wolstenholme worked on the deal for Gresham Private Equity. The MOSS management team, including managing director Darryl Dixon, will remain in their positions.
