Private equity house Perusa Partners has acquired explosive ordnance contamination service provider Bactec.
Company
Bactec is based in Kent and offers specialist services in explosive ordnance contamination. Founded in 1991, the company has been involved in the clearance of more than 500,000 landmines and has cleared or verified over 17,000,000 square meters of ordnance contaminated land in 40 countries.
