New firm Frost Brooks makes debut deal
Frost Brooks, a new private equity firm established by former LDC execs Peter Brooks and Miles Frost, has invested in Parcel Monkey.
Frost Brooks is a newly created firm co-founded by former LDC investment manager Miles Frost – the son of the late Sir David Frost – and Peter Brooks, previously managing director of LDC's London team, and prior to that, CEO of Sovereign Capital.
The firm will seek investments of between £1-10m of growth and buyout capital.
The maiden deal sees Frost Brooks investing capital from its founders as well as through its network of high-net-worth individuals and family offices.
The fresh funding will be used to further Parcel Monkey's growth in the UK and for overseas expansion.
