Livingbridge's Centre4 Testing merges with The Test People
Livingbridge-backed Centre4 Testing has merged with UK software testing company The Test People.
The deal was funded by debt supplied by Yorkshire Bank.
Livingbridge led a £5.5m investment in Centre4 Testing in March 2015 alongside Invex Capital Partners.
Company
The newly combined entity employs 350 people in the UK, providing on- and off-site testing for software implementation. The company has offices in London, Brighton Leeds and Manchester.
Established in 2004, Centre4 Testing provides software testing services, focused on managing risks around software implementation, upgrades and integration.
People
The newly combined company will be led by Centre4 Testing CEO Miles Worne. Gav Winter is managing director of The Test People. The deal was led by Mo Aneese and Paul Morris of Livingbridge, with both joining the company's board.
